Booking fee

I now take an upfront booking fee for every service. This is Β£10 and holds the appointment date and time for you. This booking fee is non refundable but transferable to another appointment time if you give me at least 48 hours notice. The booking fee will then be deducted from the amount owed which will be paid in cash at the appointment. I no longer take bank transfers for balances. Only the Β£10 booking fee to be paid by bank transfer. I will be unable to hold the appointment time if the booking fee isn't received at the time of booking.

πŸͺ¬ If you have made any future bookings and haven't yet transferred the booking fee it would be much appreciated if this could be sent as soon as possible to keep everything streamlined and simple πŸͺ¬

Existing product on nails

Unfortunately I dont remove any product that I haven't applied. If you have previous product of any kind including polish this needs to be removed before appointment. If you have existing product that I have applied I will remove this free of charge but please ensure that you are booking in for a maintenance appointment as I have added a little extra time to these appointments for removal.

Nail art 🎨

All designs are welcome but bespoke designs need to be booked in at appointment to allow me time for other clients. I dont like to keep anyone waiting so if you are booking in for a bespoke design please ensure that you add this to your booking and if unsure please drop me a message on my Facebook business page.


Life happens and I am understanding and will do my best to accommodate any changes and try to find an alternative appointment time. However if I dont get 48 hours notice then I lose the income for this appointment slot so 50% of the appointment balance will be due if the appointment is cancelled without 48 hours notice.

Late arrivals

Its a busy little studio and I understand that things happen that are outwith our control but if you are going to be more than 15 mins late unfortunately I will need to rechedule your appointment time.


There is free parking and lots of areas to park near my house but please park at the public car park at the row of shops very close to my house and not in my street or in front of my neighbours house as I always remain courteous to my neighbours πŸ’™


My studio is a pamper space for you time, time to switch off and relax, it is small and cosy and I keep it scrupulously clean so for that reason I cant accommodate pets or children at your appointment.
